PEACH BLOSSOM   Thyatira batis
Mainly found in old broadleaved woodlands, but some records from gardens and newer woodland.
May have expanded range in recent decades as only caught regularly by Rosie near Wick and in Berriedale.
Scottish Status: Common - stable. UK Status: Common
UK distribution shows modest but significant decrease since 1970 but no significant change in abundance (cf: Atlas of Britain & Ireland's Larger Moths)
First and last flight dates recorded in Caithness: 19th May to 24th July
