Rare. Recent records: one from ND12 in 2010,one from ND06 in 2014, two from NC94 and one from ND04 in 2016
Said by Rosie to be local in Regions 2, 3 and 4.
Subsequently records are from Rothamsted traps at Latheron and Reay in 1981, 1982, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994 and 1995.
Scottish Status: Common - stable. UK Status: Common
UK distribution shows a modest increase (cf: Atlas of Britain & Ireland's Larger Moths)
